MigAura does not sell, share or send any of your data to third-party servers. No advertising, no trackers, no commercial analytics. Your data stays in your personal iCloud account.
MigAura is a migraine tracking app developed by Kevin Marson (Easytech by Kevin). This page describes what data MigAura uses, why, and how it is protected.
Migraine attacks, symptoms, triggers, medications taken, notes, and profile information (name, date of birth, details useful for the export to your neurologist). This data is used only to run the app: record your attacks, compute your personal statistics, and generate your headache calendar.
If you allow it, MigAura reads your sleep, heart rate and menstrual cycle data to correlate them with your attacks in the Statistics tab. MigAura can also write your attacks and medications to the Health app, if you wish, to centralize your history.
This data never leaves your device and your personal iCloud — it is never sent to a MigAura server, of which there are none.
When an attack begins, MigAura may request your location to capture the atmospheric pressure and weather conditions at that moment, via WeatherKit (Apple). This capture is one-off and tied to that specific attack — it is not used to track you continuously.
Your data is synchronized through your personal iCloud account (Apple CloudKit), so you can access it on all your devices. Neither Kevin Marson nor MigAura has access to it — it stays in your private iCloud space, encrypted by Apple.
If you invite a relative to log attacks for you, this sharing uses Apple CloudKit's secure sharing mechanism. Only the person you explicitly invite can access the shared data.
MigAura can send you medication reminders, scheduled locally on your device. No data is transmitted to a third-party notification service.
You can view, edit or delete your data at any time directly in the app: Profile → Danger zone → Delete my data. Deleting the app erases your local data; the iCloud copy remains subject to your Apple account settings.
